- Technical and API questionsThe developer documentation covers the REST API, the MCP server and authentication. The machine readable versions live at /openapi.json and /llms.txt. If the answer is not there, write to us and say which endpoint you are calling.
- Billing and refundsWaitlists are a one-time $12 licence rather than a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refund terms are set out in the terms. Include the email you paid with and we will find the charge.
- Privacy and data requestsWhat we store and for how long is described in the privacy policy. To export or delete your data, write from the address on the account so we can confirm it is you.
